The Vomatab fondant installation is fully automatic. If, after starting the fondant table process, the rotor motor threatens to stop due to overload, the sugar supply stops automatically and the machine is flushed. The flushing water is sent to the drain via a pneumatically controlled valve. Once the overload (ammeter) is resolved, fondant production will automatically resume. These machines can be supplied stand-alone or integrated in a production line.
