Pilot (Plant) Studies
With our different pilot plant units and unique facilities, we can provide flexible and independent testing and development of ideas and concepts. Our Pilot studies bring together key data that are needed to create and validate our system designs. We report the pilot study results back to the customer.
After-Sales Service
Our concern for the customer does not end with the delivery. We provide all-in-one solutions, and Vomatec International BV stands for building a long-term cooperation, in which we consider our customer as partner. System design
We concentrate fully on customer focus and continuous improvement. Most of our designs are designed to customer’s wishes. Our technical and process engineers are specialized in the design and development, for food and confectionery industries. During the design phase we use VR technology to show the 3D model.
Project delivery
Our project engineers and project managers are experts in integrated design. Vomatec International BV works together with multiple suppliers to ensure timely delivery, high quality standards and cost-effectiveness. This results from the fact that we are extremely flexible.
Operator training
Our project/process engineers are involved during system commissioning and start-up. They also support and instruct the operators. After the start-up, we remain involved in system optimization and maintenance. We are done when you are happy!
Development
Vomatec International BV can support you with your current recipes and develop together with your new recipes. During the research, we work in close collaboration with our customer, and provide technical and process support.
Live preview
When de production line is fully assembled you will be invited to check and test your equipment before shipment.
Consultation
Our team works directly with you, so we get to know you and your goals. During that process we can determine the best system for your production.
Commissioning
Once everything is good and ready, we or yourself can ship everything to your facility. When the installations are in your factory our crew will assemble and commission the installation and we can assist you in connecting all the required utilities.
